Micro-office spaces are the newest addition to Oviedo Property Management Portfolio. This shared office concept started as a mini project at one of our major commercial spaces located in the heart of Newton Landmark. The project consisted of 8 small offices that ranged from 80 square feet to 175 square feet. Before completion of this project, our professional leasing team had leased out all the spaces. Oviedo Property management shortly after recognized the demand of such spaces in today’s commercial real estate market and has since opened 3 different locations of the shared office concept in the Fraser Valley area. As we continue to build a profile that’s based upon great long-lasting relationships, offering flexibility to our guests, we continue to grow our profile to ensure that we have spaces for all types of great success stories that start, and that will continue to grow with us.
